1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2. RENTAL ELIGIBILITY
To rent a vehicle from Exotik Cars, the driver must:
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Present a valid passport or national identity card.
- Meet the minimum age requirements applicable to the selected vehicle category.
- Provide accurate information during the reservation process.
Exotik Cars reserves the right to refuse a rental if the required conditions are not met.
3. RESERVATIONS
Reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Exotik Cars.
We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle with a similar model or category when necessary.
4. RENTAL PERIOD
The rental period begins at the agreed pickup date and time and ends when the vehicle is returned.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
5. VEHICLE USE
The renter agrees to:
- Drive responsibly and in accordance with Moroccan laws.
- Not use the vehicle for illegal activities.
- Not sublet or transfer the vehicle to another person without authorization.
- Not use the vehicle for racing, competitions, or off-road activities unless specifically authorized.
6. FUEL POLICY
Vehicles must be returned with the agreed fuel level.
Additional fuel charges may apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than provided.
7. INSURANCE
All vehicles include the insurance coverage specified in the rental agreement.
The renter remains responsible for any damages, fines, negligence, or violations not covered by the insurance policy.
8. ACCIDENTS AND BREAKDOWNS
In the event of an accident, theft, damage, or mechanical issue, the renter must contact Exotik Cars immediately.
Failure to report incidents promptly may affect insurance coverage.
9. TRAFFIC FINES AND VIOLATIONS
The renter is solely responsible for all traffic fines, parking violations, toll charges, and penalties incurred during the rental period.
10. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
Reservation modifications and cancellations may be requested by contacting our team.
Applicable fees or conditions may vary depending on the reservation and timing of the request.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Exotik Cars shall not be liable for indirect losses, delays, missed flights, business interruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12. WEBSITE INFORMATION
While we strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, Exotik Cars does not guarantee that website content will always be complete, error-free, or uninterrupted.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts.
